Dolaşım Sistemi Fizyolojisi
Özet
"Dolaşım Sistemi Fizyolojisi" başlıklı bu bölüm, organizmanın hayati dengesini (homeostaz) koruyan en temel mekanizmalardan biri olan kardiyovasküler sistemin işleyişini derinlemesine incelemektedir. Kalbin anatomik ve histolojik yapısından başlayarak; kalp kasının elektriksel aktivitesi, aksiyon potansiyeli mekanizmaları ve EKG’nin klinik temelleri detaylandırılmıştır. Kardiyak döngü, kalp sesleri ve hemodinamiğin fiziksel ilkeleri (kan akışı, basınç ve direnç) güncel fizyolojik veriler ışığında sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, kan basıncının nöral ve hormonal kontrol mekanizmaları, lenfatik sistem ve fötal dolaşım gibi özel dolaşım tipleri ile egzersiz ve şok gibi spesifik durumlara verilen fizyolojik yanıtlar kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Hem temel tıp hem de veteriner hekimlik literatürünü sentezleyen bu çalışma, dolaşım sisteminin karmaşık yapısını anlaşılır bir sistematikle sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
The chapter titled "Physiology of the Circulatory System" provides an in-depth examination of the cardiovascular system, one of the most fundamental mechanisms maintaining homeostasis. Starting from the anatomical and histological structure of the heart, it details the electrical activity of the myocardium, action potential mechanisms, and the clinical basis of ECG. The cardiac cycle, heart sounds, and the physical principles of hemodynamics (blood flow, pressure, and resistance) are presented in light of current physiological data. Furthermore, neural and hormonal control mechanisms of blood pressure, the lymphatic system, and special circulatory patterns such as fetal circulation are thoroughly discussed, alongside physiological responses to specific conditions like exercise and shock. Synthesizing both medical and veterinary literature, this study aims to present the complex structure of the circulatory system with a clear and comprehensive systematic approach.
