“Acil Servise Kabul Edilen Travma Hastalarında Diş Kırıkları ve Diş Subluksasyonları Tanılı Hastalara Multidisiplineryaklaşım”
Özet
Travmatik dental yaralanmalar, acil servise başvuran travma hastalarında sık karşılaşılan ve yaşam kalitesini estetik, fonksiyonel ve psikososyal açıdan olumsuz etkileyebilen klinik durumlardır. Diş kırıkları ve diş subluksasyonları, maksillofasiyal travmaların önemli bir bileşeni olup hem pediatrik hem de erişkin popülasyonda yaygın olarak görülmektedir. Acil servislerde önceliğin yaşamı tehdit eden yaralanmalara verilmesi, dental travmaların gözden kaçmasına veya tanı ve tedavide gecikmelere yol açabilmektedir. Oysa erken tanı ve uygun müdahale, pulpa nekrozu, kök rezorpsiyonu ve erken diş kaybı gibi uzun dönem komplikasyonların önlenmesinde kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu bölümde, acil servise kabul edilen travma hastalarında diş kırıkları ve diş subluksasyonlarının epidemiyolojisi, etiyolojisi, travma mekanizmaları, patofizyolojisi ve klinik özellikleri literatür eşliğinde ele alınmıştır. Acil serviste ilk değerlendirme, tanısal yöntemler, triyaj, konsültasyon süreçleri ve tedavi yaklaşımları sistematik olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca multidisipliner yaklaşımın; acil tıp, diş hekimliği, ağız-çene-yüz cerrahisi, pediatri ve adli tıp disiplinleri arasındaki koordinasyon açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır. Son olarak, tedavi sonrası izlem, medikolegal sorumluluklar ve gelecekte yapay zekâ destekli tanı ve yönetim yaklaşımlarının dental travma bakımına katkıları değerlendirilmiştir.
