Kök Rezorpsiyonları ve Tedavi Yaklaşımları

Özet

Kök rezorpsiyonları, diş kök dokularında meydana gelen ve patogenezi farklı biyolojik mekanizmalara dayanan rezorptif süreçler olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu lezyonlar, klinik ve radyografik özelliklerine göre çeşitli sınıflandırma sistemleri altında ele alınmakta olup, doğru sınıflandırma tanı sürecinin standardizasyonu ve uygun tedavi yaklaşımının belirlenmesi açısından temel bir gereklilik oluşturmaktadır. Özellikle internal ve eksternal kök rezorpsiyonları arasındaki ayırım, tedavi stratejisinin yönlendirilmesinde kritik rol oynamaktadır.
Kök rezorpsiyonlarının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan tanı yöntemleri, lezyonun lokalizasyonu ve yayılım derecesinin ortaya konulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Konvansiyonel görüntüleme teknikleri belirli sınırlılıklar içerirken, konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi (CBCT) rezorpsiyonların üç boyutlu olarak analiz edilmesine olanak sağlayarak sınıflandırma doğruluğunu artırmaktadır. Tedavi yaklaşımları, rezorpsiyon tipine ve patolojik sürecin biyolojik davranışına göre farklılık göstermektedir.
