Mücadele Sporcularına Antrenman Sonrasında Uygulanan Spor Masajının Enerji Sistemine Etkileri
Özet
Bu derleme çalışmasının amacı, mücadele sporcularına antrenman sonrasında uygulanan spor masajının enerji sistemleri üzerine etkilerini incelemektir. Güreş, Judo, Boks, Taekwondo ve MMA gibi yüksek yoğunluklu mücadele sporlarında, antrenman sonrası toparlanma süreci sporcuların performanslarını sürdürebilmeleri açısından kritik öneme sahiptir. Spor masajı, bu süreçte kas yorgunluğunun azaltılması, laktik asit gibi metabolik atıkların uzaklaştırılması ve enerji sistemlerinin yeniden dengeye kavuşmasına yardımcı olan etkili bir yöntem olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Son 20 yıl içinde yapılan ulusal ve uluslararası araştırmalar temel alınarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada, spor masajının özellikle ATP-PCr, anaerobik glikoliz ve aerobik enerji sistemlerinin toparlanma süreçlerine olan dolaylı katkıları ele alınmıştır. Literatürde yer alan bulgulara göre, spor masajı; kas içi dolaşımı artırmakta, yorgunluk semptomlarını azaltmakta ve psikolojik rahatlama sağlayarak toparlanma sürecini hızlandırmaktadır. Ayrıca, hormon seviyelerindeki düzenleyici etkisi sayesinde enerji metabolizmasına dolaylı katkı sunduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, spor masajı uygulamalarının mücadele sporcularında performans sürdürülebilirliğini desteklediği, antrenman sonrası toparlanmayı hızlandırdığı ve enerji sistemlerinin yeniden etkinleşmesini kolaylaştırdığı sonucuna varılmıştır.
