Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Yaklaşımları
Özet
Bu bölüm, sporcu sağlığı kapsamında fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon yaklaşımlarını bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla ele almaktadır. Spor yaralanmalarının önlenmesi ve yönetim: ile spor performansının desteklenmesi süreçlerinde spor fizyoterapisinim rolü vurgulanmakta, multidisipliner ekip yaklaşımının önemi ön plana çıkarılmaktadır. Spor yaralanmalarında kullanılan temel fizyoterapi yöntemleri ve rehabilitasyon sürecinin aşamaları genel çerçevesiyle sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca spora güvenli dönüş süreci, fonksiyonel değerlendirmeler, klinik kriterler ve karar verme yaklaşımları bağlamında ele alınmaktadır. Bölüm, spor fizyoterapisi alanına yönelik kavramsal bir giriş ve rehber niteliği taşımaktadır.
