Gastrointestinal Kanama ve Kanıta Dayalı Tedavi Bakım Uygulamaları
Özet
Hemodiyaliz hastalarında gastrointestinal kanama, üremiye bağlı trombosit işlev bozukluğu, pıhtılaşma süreçlerindeki bozulma ve antikoagülan tedavilerin etkisiyle genel popülasyona göre daha sık ve daha ciddi seyretmektedir. Bu nedenle kanıta dayalı tedavi ve hemşirelik bakımının sürdürülmesi hastaların sağ kalımı ve yaşam kalitesinin artırılması için gereklidir.
