Hipertansiyon ve Kanıta Dayalı Tedavi Bakım Uygulamaları
Özet
Hipertansiyon hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastalarda görülen kronik komplikasyonlardan birisidir. Etkin yönetilemediği zaman kardiyovasküler hastalıklara neden olmaktadır. Hastalığın kronik hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastalarda yönetimi ile ilgili kanıta dayalı rehberler sınırlı sayıdadır. Bu rehberlere göre, hastalığın etkili şekilde yönetilebilmesi için hemşirelerin hastalığın tanılanma sürecinde uygun teknik, pozisyon ve sıklıkta kan basıncı ölçümü yapmaları, hastalara hipertansiyonun yönetimine ilişkin eğitim ve danışmanlık vermeleri önerilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, hemodiyaliz hastalarında hipertansiyonun yönetimine ilişkin yeni araştırmalar planlanması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.
