Hiperkalemi ve Kanıta Dayalı Tedavi Bakım Uygulamaları
Özet
Potasyum, hücre içi sıvının ana katyonudur. İnsan vücudunda potasyumun %98’i hücre içi sıvıda, %2’si hücre dışı sıvıda bulunur. Böbreklerde işleyen nefronların kaybı, distal tübüllerde akışın bozulması, hücre içi ve hücre dışı alandaki potasyumun dağılımındaki dengesizlikler, kullanılan ilaçlarla beraber potasyum kaybı ve yetersiz beslenme gibi durumlar potasyum atılımının bozulmasına neden olur. Özellikle hiperkalemi birçok komplikasyonu da beraberinde getirir. Hiperkalemi yönetimi için, diyet, ilaç tedavisi, böbrek fonksiyonlarının azalması ve interdiyalitik kilo yönetimi esas noktaları oluşturmaktadır.
