Aşırı Duyarlılık Reaksiyonları ve Kanıta Dayalı Tedavi Bakım Uygulamaları

Özet

Hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastalarda aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonları nadir görülmelerine karşın hayati tehlikesi olan reaksiyonlardır. Son dönem böbrek yetmezliği olan hasta popülasyonunun prevalansı düşünüldüğünde bu tür reaksiyonların sonuçlarının ciddiyeti de önem kazanmaktadır. Potansiyel maruziyetlerin çokluğu, maruz kalınan ortamın karmaşıklığı hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastalarda görülen bu reaksiyonların nedeninin belirlenmesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Hemodiyaliz tedavisi gören hasta popülasyonunun artması, bu hasta grubunda görülen aşırı duyarlılık reaksiyonlarının tek bir nedene bağlı olmaması, üreminin bağışıklık sistemini olumsuz etkilemesi nedeniyle bu yüksek riskli hasta grubunun sağlık profesyonelleri tarafından yakından takip edilmesini zorunlu hale getirmektedir.
