Sosyal Hizmet Yönetiminde Finans
Özet
Kitabın bu bölümünde finansal sosyal hizmet uygulamasına odaklanarak, sosyal hizmet kurumlarında yönetim ve finans arasındaki bağlantının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan incelemelerde finansal sosyal hizmet ve finansal yönetim, güçlendirme, finansal dayanıklılık ve kaynakların etik yönetimine bağlılık gibi örtüşen ilkeleri paylaştığı anlaşılmıştır. Dahası her ikisi kavramın da çeşitlendirilmiş finansman, katılımcı bütçeleme ve şeffaf raporlamayı vurgulamasına karşın finansal sosyal hizmetin daha çok uygulamaya yönelik olduğu söylenebilir. Diğer taraftan finansal sosyal hizmet finansal müdahaleleri müracaatçı merkezli bütünleştirmeye odaklanırken, finansal yönetim daha geniş kurumsal ve politika çerçevelerini kapsamaktadır. Ancak her ikisi bireysel, kurumsal ve çevresel düzeylerde finansal kırılganlığı ele almak için tamamlayıcı yaklaşımları temsil ettiği söylenebilir.
