Sosyal Hizmet Yönetiminde Kalite

Özet

Küreselleşen dünyada sosyal sorunların görünümünün karmaşıklaşması, bu sorunları deneyimleyen dezavantajlı gruplara yönelik sosyal hizmet sunumunda kalite beklentilerini artırmıştır. Dezavantajlı bireylerin yüksek yararını sağlamak için sosyal hizmet kuruluşlarında kalitenin temini bir ön koşuldur. Sosyal hizmet alanında kalite, endüstriyel alanlardan farklı olarak, hizmet alanların beklenti ve gereksinimlerinin karşılanma düzeyini belirleyen; etik, duyarlı ve bilgiye dayalı hizmet sunumunu içeren, çok boyutlu ve öznel bir süreçtir. Sosyal hizmet kuruluşlarında müracaatçıların gereksinimlerine uygun, şeffaf ve sürdürülebilir bir kalite yönetim sisteminin entegrasyonu, müracaatçının yaşamında olumlu etki yaratmak için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada sosyal hizmet kuruluşlarında kalite yönetiminde göstergeler, kalite yönetimi için gereklilikler, kalite yönetiminde kavramsal model, standartlaşmanın kaliteye etkisi, risk yönetiminin kalite için önemi ve sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının niteliklerinin kurumsal kaliteye etkisi ele alınmıştır.
