Sosyal Hizmet Yönetiminde Örgütsel Davranış
Özet
Bu bölüm, sosyal hizmet örgütlerinde örgütsel davranışın kuramsal temellerini, birey–grup–örgüt düzeyindeki dinamiklerle birlikte kapsamlı biçimde analiz etmektedir. Sosyal hizmetin insan hakları, etik sorumluluk ve toplumsal adalet temelli yapısı, örgütlerin işleyiş biçimlerini yalnızca yönetimsel değil, aynı zamanda davranışsal açıdan da kritik hale getirmektedir. Bu çerçevede bölümde; tutum, motivasyon, iş doyumu ve tükenmişlik gibi bireysel süreçlerin; iletişim, rol dağılımı, çatışma yönetimi ve psikolojik güvenlik gibi grup içi dinamiklerin; kültür, iklim, liderlik ve adalet gibi örgütsel yapıların sosyal hizmet uygulamalarını nasıl şekillendirdiği ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca dönüşümcü ve hizmetkâr liderlik, etik iklim, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve duygusal emek gibi modern yaklaşımların sosyal hizmet örgütlerinde hizmet kalitesini artıran önemli mekanizmalar olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Bölüm, sosyal hizmet örgütlerinde görülen yapısal sorunların (hiyerarşi, rol belirsizliği, düşük güven, sınırlı katılım) çalışan refahı, motivasyonu ve etik karar alma süreçleri üzerinde doğrudan etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak çalışma, örgütsel davranışın sosyal hizmetin görünmeyen fakat işleyişi belirleyen temel omurgası olduğunu; etik, katılımcı ve güven temelli bir örgütsel yapının hem çalışanların mesleki doyumunu hem de hizmet alan bireylerin yaşam kalitesini güçlendirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
