Olağandışı Bir İleal Perforasyon Nedeni: ERCP Sonrası Stent Migrasyonu
Özet
Bağırsak perforasyonu, malign veya benign safra yolu hastalıkları için uygulanan endoskopik retrograd kolangiopankreatikografi (ERCP) gibi işlemlerin nadir görülen komplikasyonlarından biridir ve stent göçü nedeniyle meydana gelebilir. Biliyer stentlerin duodenuma yerleşmesi, özellikle en dar alan olan ileumdan geçerken perforasyona neden olabilir. Bu çalışmada, akut apandisit nedeniyle yapılan laparoskopik appendektomi sırasında fark edilen bir biliyer stentin göçü sonucu ileal perforasyon yaşayan 60 yaşındaki erkek bir hastanın durumu literatürle birlikte sunulmuştur.
