Laparaskopik Sleeve Gastrektomi Sonrası Kaçak Yönetimi
Özet
19 yaşında erkek hasta, doğuştan her iki bacakta gelişim geriliği nedeni ile yürüme engelli, aşırı kilo alımına bağlı olarak solunum sıkıntısı, kollarıyla kendini yönlendirememe, kişisel bakım zorluğu şikayetleri ile polikliniğimize başvurdu. Başvuru anında vücut kitle indeksi (VKİ) 45 kg/m2 idi. Endokrinoloji, dahiliye, fizik tedavi, kardiyoloji, göğüs hastalıkları ve anestezi konsültasyonları yapıldı. Aydınlatılmış onam bilgilendirmesi yapıldıktan sonra bu hasta için uygun gördüğümüz laparaskopik sleeve gastrektomi ameliyatı yapıldı.
