Delici Kesici Alet Yaralanmasında Saptırıcı İleostomi ile Hasta Yönetimi Olgu Sunumu

Özet

Penetran travmalar, travma ile başvuran hastaların %30’unu oluşturmaktadır. Penetran travmalar ateşli silah yaralanmaları ve delici-kesici alet yaralanmaları olarak ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Kolonik yaralanmalar ise posterior delici-kesici alet yaralanmalarında en sık yaralanan intraabdominal organdır. Kolonik yaralanmalarda primer süturasyon, kolonik rezeksiyon ve stoma açılması gibi cerrahi müdahale yöntemleri mevcuttur. Penetran kolonik yaralanmalarda cerrahi müdahalenin yöntemine; yaralanmanın sayısına, yaralanma zamanına, yaralanmanın kolonu ne kadar tuttuğuna, kolonun kanlanmasına ve hastanın genel hemodinamik durumuna göre karar vermek gerekmektedir.
