Kistik Dalak Hastalıkları: İzole Splenik Kist Hidatik Olgusu Işığında Değerlendirme
Özet
Kliniğimize sol yan ağrısı, sırt ağrısı, bel ağrısı şikayetleri ile başvuran 59 yaşındaki erkek hastanın fizik muayenesi ve laboratuar tetkikleri normal izlendi. Üst abdomen ultrasonografi (USG) çalışmasında dalakta kistik lezyon izlendi ve manyetik rezonans (MRI) görüntüleri ile kist hidatik tanısı kondu. Hastaya splenektomi yapıldıktan sonra, kapsüllü bakterilere karşı aşılanma sağlandı ve albendazol tedavisi düzenlenen hasta şifa ile taburcu edildi.
