Akut Apandisiti Taklit Eden Apendiks Endometriozisi: Nadir Bir Olgu
Özet
Akut apandisit genel olarak sağ alt kadran ağrısı nedeniyle acil servise başvuran ve akut abdomen saptanan hastalara yönelik cerrahi girişimlerin en sık nedenidir. Endometriozis endometrial dokunun uterin kavite dışında herhangi bir yerde bulunması olarak tanımlanır. Apendikse yerleşim gösteren endometriozise ender olarak rastlanılmakta ve akut apandisit bulgularını taklit ettiği için akut apandisit ile karıştırılmaktadır. Bu olgumuzda akut apandisit bulgularıyla başvuran, apendiks yerleşimli endometriozis tanısı alan olgumuzu sunmaktayız.
