Evli Olmayan Tek Bireylerin Evlat Edinmesi Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme
Özet
Bu bölüm, tek bireylerin evlat edinmesini çağdaş çocuk koruma anlayışı çerçevesinde ele alarak, bu aile modelinin çocuklar için sürdürülebilir ve nitelikli bir bakım seçeneği olduğunu tartışmaktadır. Evlat edinmenin tarihsel dönüşümü kısaca özetlenirken, modern çocuk hakları yaklaşımının aileyi bir biçimden çok bakımın niteliği, sürekliliği ve güvenli bağlanma üzerinden tanımladığı vurgulanmaktadır. Günümüzde tek yaşayan birey sayısındaki artış ve çekirdek ailenin dönüşümü, evlat edinme alanında yeni ihtiyaç ve talepleri görünür kılmakta, tek bireyli evlat edinmenin önemini giderek artırmaktadır. Türkiye’de evli olmayan bireylerin evlat edinmesi yasal olarak mümkün olmakla birlikte, uygulama süreçlerinde toplumsal kabuller, cinsiyet rolleri ve kurumsal değerlendirme dinamiklerinin etkili olduğu görülmektedir. Bölüm, psikososyal araştırmalar ışığında çocukların iyilik hâlini belirleyen temel unsurun ebeveyn sayısı değil, duyarlı bakım, duygusal süreklilik ve destekleyici sosyal ağlar olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Son olarak artan talep doğrultusunda, tek bireyli evlat edinmenin güçlenmesi için eşit değerlendirme ilkesinin ve hak temelli yaklaşımın önemi vurgulanmaktadır.
