Özet
Primer santral sinir sistemi lenfoması, immün sistemi normal bireylerde bile görülebilen agresif bir non-Hodgkin B hücreli lenfoma alt tipidir. MRG’de derin yerleşimli, yoğun kontrastlanan ve belirgin difüzyon kısıtlılığı gösteren lezyonlar izlenir. Tedavide yüksek doz metotreksat temelli kemoterapi esastır.
