Özet
Kavernomlar, düşük akımlı vasküler malformasyonlar olup genellikle epilepsi, baş ağrısı veya fokal nörolojik bulgularla ortaya çıkar. MRG’de ‘popcorn’ görünümü ve hemosiderin halkası tipiktir. SWI sekanslarında belirgin sinyal kaybı izlenir. Kanama riskinin değerlendirilmesi klinik açıdan önemlidir.
