Özet
Ependimomlar, spinal kord veya ventrikül sisteminin ependimal hücrelerinden köken alan intramedüller tümörlerdir. Genç erişkinlerde sık görülen bu lezyonlar, MRG’de T2 hiperintens, postkontrast T1 görüntülerde belirgin kontrastlanan kitle şeklinde izlenir. Peritümöral kistler ve ödem sıklıkla eşlik eder.
