Özet

Epidermoid kistler, ektodermal kalıntılardan gelişen, benign ve yavaş büyüyen lezyonlardır. Sıklıkla serebellopontin köşede görülür. MRG’de T1 hipointens, T2 hiperintens olup BOS’a benzer görünse de FLAIR’da heterojen sinyallidir. Difüzyon kısıtlaması tipiktir. Kontrast tutmazlar. Ayırıcı tanıda araknoid kist ve şvannom önemlidir.
