Özet
Meningiyomlar, araknoid kap hücrelerinden köken alan, genellikle benign ve yavaş büyüyen ekstraaksiyal tümörlerdir. BT’de hiperostoz ve kalsifikasyon içerebilirler. MRG’de T1 izo/hipointens, T2 değişken sinyalli olup belirgin ve homojen kontrastlanma gösterirler. Dural tail bulgusu tipiktir. Tedavi çoğunlukla cerrahidir.
