Özet
Koroid pleksus papillomu, BOS üretimini artırabilen ve hidrosefaliye yol açabilen benign intraventriküler bir tümördür. Çocuklarda daha sık görülür. BT’de hiperdens, MRG’de T1 izo/hipointens, T2 hiperintens izlenir ve belirgin kontrastlanma gösterir. Tedavide cerrahi rezeksiyon genellikle küratiftir.
