Özet
Kolloid kistler üçüncü ventrikülün ön kısmında yerleşen, genellikle benign ve yavaş büyüyen epitel kökenli lezyonlardır. BOS akımını engelleyerek akut hidrosefali ve ani başlangıçlı baş ağrısına yol açabilirler. BT’de hiperdens, MRG’de içeriklerine bağlı değişken sinyalli olup çoğu belirgin kontrastlanma göstermez.
