İlaç Aşırı Kullanıma Bağlı Baş Ağrısı Tedavisi
Özet
İlaç aşırı kullanım baş ağrısında ilk aşama aşırı kullanılan ilaç veya ilaçların kesilmesidir (detoksifikasyon). Hasta uyumunun tedavi sürecine pozitif katkısı bilinmektedir. Hidrasyon ve kurtarıcı ilaç kullanımı da tedavinin diğer önemli basamaklarını oluşturur. Bu süreçlerde geniş bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmek oldukça önemli olduğundan psikiyatrik problemler de göz önünde bulundurularak psikodinamik psikoterapi uygulanması önerilmektedir. İlaç aşırı kullanım baş ağrısı tedavisinde multi-disipliner veya non-farmakolojik yaklaşımlar da önem taşımaktadır.
