Nörolojik Engelli Bireylerde Kanıta Dayalı Değerlendirme Prensipleri: Alt Ekstremite
Özet
Nörolojik engelli bireylerde alt ekstremite fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi, kanıta dayalı rehabilitasyonun temelini oluşturur. Bu süreçte, sadece kas gücü ve eklem hareket açıklığı gibi geleneksel ölçümler değil, aynı zamanda denge, gövde stabilitesi, yürüme hızı ve kalitesi gibi fonksiyonel ve performansa dayalı parametreler de objektif olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Değerlendirmede kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenilirlikleri, geçerlilikleri ve klinik değişimlere duyarlılıkları kanıtlanmış olmalıdır. Ayrıca, biyomekanik ve fizyolojik verileri toplayan kantitatif yöntemlerin entegrasyonu, bireysel ihtiyaçlara uygun, kişiselleştirilmiş ve etkin tedavi planları oluşturmak için çok yönlü bir bakış açısı sunar. Bu kapsamlı değerlendirme yaklaşımı, rehabilitasyon hedeflerini daha net belirlemeyi ve hastaların fonksiyonel bağımsızlıklarını en üst düzeye çıkarmayı amaçlar.
