Ortopedik Engelli Bireylerde Kanıta Dayalı Değerlendirme Yaklaşımları

Özet

Ortopedik engelli bireylerde değerlendirme süreci yalnızca fiziksel belirtilerle sınırlı kalmamalı; fonksiyonel kapasite, psikososyal durum ve yaşam kalitesi gibi çok boyutlu alanları da içermelidir. Bu bölüm, ağrı, eklem hareket açıklığı, kas kuvveti, fonksiyon, denge, yürüme ve yaşam kalitesi gibi temel değerlendirme alanlarını kapsamaktadır. Ayrıca dijital araçlar, sanal yöntemler ve vaka örnekleri aracılığıyla kanıta dayalı klinik öneriler sunmaktadır. Birey odaklı, disiplinler arası ve teknoloji destekli yaklaşımlar, ortopedik rehabilitasyonun geleceğinde standart olmalıdır. Bu bölüm, klinik karar süreçlerine katkı sağlarken değerlendirme modellerinin bütüncül biçimde yeniden yapılandırılmasını önermektedir.
