Konjenital El Anomalilerinde Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon
Özet
Konjenital el anomalileri, embriyonik gelişim sırasında oluşan ve çocuğun fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal yaşamını etkileyen yapısal bozukluklardır. Bu bölüm, anomalilerin embriyolojik temellerini, güncel sınıflandırma sistemlerini ve polidaktili, sindaktili, kamptodaktili gibi yaygın klinik tabloları kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Değerlendirme sürecinde anamnez, eklem hareket açıklığı, kas kuvveti ve duyusal testlerin yanı sıra yaşa uygun fonksiyonel değerlendirme araçlarının önemi vurgulanmaktadır. Tedavi yaklaşımları, splintleme ve germe egzersizlerini içeren konservatif yöntemler ile cerrahi sonrası rehabilitasyonu kapsayan multidisipliner bir perspektifle sunulmaktadır. Özellikle cerrahi sonrası dönemde ödem kontrolü, skar yönetimi, duyu eğitimi, motor kontrolün geliştirilmesi, oyun temelli aktiviteler ve aile eğitimi gibi temel rehabilitasyon stratejileri detaylandırılmaktadır. Bölüm, erken müdahalenin, aile katılımının, psikososyal desteğin ve bireyselleştirilmiş tedavi planlarının çocuğun fonksiyonel bağımsızlığı ve yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki kritik rolünü ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
