Fonomikrocerrahi Sonrası Spor Aktiviteleri
Özet
Fonocerrahi sonrası dönemde ses istirahati, cerrahi başarının korunması açısından kritik bir faktördür. Ancak ses istirahati süresi ve türü konusunda literatürde bir fikir birliği bulunmamaktadır. Spor aktiviteleri sırasında sesin yoğun ve yanlış kullanımı, vokal yorgunluğa ve benign ses teli lezyonlarına yol açabilmektedir. Özellikle takım sporlarında bağırma ve çığlık atma, ses tellerine ek yük bindirerek patolojilere neden olabilir. Ayrıca egzersize bağlı laringeal obstrüksiyon (EILO) sporcularda sık görülmekte ve ayırıcı tanıda göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Bu nedenle fonocerrahi sonrası spora dönüş süresi, hastanın mesleği, ses kullanım gereksinimi ve yapacağı spor türü dikkate alınarak cerrah ve dil-konuşma terapisti tarafından birlikte belirlenmelidir.
