Özet

Omurga cerrahisi sonrası spora dönüş süreci; cerrahinin tipi, sporcunun fiziksel durumu, yaptığı sporun risk düzeyi ve uygulanan rehabilitasyon protokolüne göre değişkenlik gösterir. Mikrodiskektomi sonrası dönüş süresi genellikle kısa olurken, spinal füzyon gibi daha invaziv girişimlerde süre uzar ve temaslı sporlarda daha temkinli olunmalıdır. Spora dönüş kararında yalnızca cerrahi iyileşme değil; ağrısız hareket, core stabilite, kuvvet, denge ve sporcunun psikolojik hazır oluşu gibi çoklu kriterler dikkate alınmalıdır. Rehabilitasyon süreci evrelere ayrılarak planlanmalı ve spor branşına özel gerekliliklere göre uyarlanmalıdır.
