Endoürolojik Girişimler Sonrası Rehabilitasyon
Özet
Endoürolojik girişimler, ürolojik hastalıkların tedavisinde minimal invaziv, etkili ve hasta konforunu artıran yöntemler olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Benign prostat obstrüksiyonu, mesane tümörleri ve ürolitiyazis gibi durumlarda sıkça uygulanan bu işlemler sonrası hastalar kısa sürede taburcu edilerek gündelik yaşamlarına dönebilmektedir. Ancak cerrahi sonrası dönemde fiziksel, fonksiyonel ve psikososyal iyileşmenin sağlanabilmesi için yapılandırılmış bir rehabilitasyon süreci gereklidir. TUR-M, HoLEP, TUR-P, URS ve RİRC gibi endoürolojik işlemler sonrası sık karşılaşılan komplikasyonlar arasında kanama, idrar yolu enfeksiyonu, üriner retansiyon ve sepsis yer almaktadır. Bu süreçte erken mobilizasyon, yeterli ağrı kontrolü, sıvı desteği ve antibiyotik profilaksisi kritik öneme sahiptir. Üreteral stent yerleştirilen hastalarda yaşam kalitesini etkileyebilecek semptomlar izlenebilmekte; bu nedenle hasta eğitimi ve izlem önem kazanmaktadır.Rehabilitasyonun bir diğer boyutu psikolojik destek, pelvik taban egzersizleri ve gerekirse cinsel rehabilitasyonu içermelidir. Özellikle ileri yaş hastalarda bireyselleştirilmiş egzersiz programları planlanmalı; antikoagülan kullanan hastalarda ise dikkatli farmakolojik yönetimle komplikasyon riski azaltılmalıdır. Sonuç olarak, endoürolojik girişimler sonrası rehabilitasyon, sadece medikal değil; multidisipliner, birey odaklı ve bütüncül bir yaklaşımla yürütülmelidir.
