Çocuklarda Toraks Cerrahisi Sonrası Egzersize Dönüş
Özet
Toraks cerrahisi sonrası rehabilitasyon, iyileşme sürecinin ayrılmaz bir parçası olup, yalnızca komplikasyonları önlemeyi değil, aynı zamanda hastanın fiziksel fonksiyonlarını yeniden kazanmasını ve yaşam kalitesini artırmayı hedefler. Çocuk hastalarda toraks cerrahisi sonrası günlük aktivitelere ve egzersize dönüş için hastanın özellikleri, operasyon tekniği, post-operatif sürecin gidişatı önemli parametreler arasındadır. Çocuk yaş grubu hastalarda, gerek anatomik gerekse fizyolojik farklar bulunması sebebiyle yetişkin hastalardaki yaklaşımların uygulanması pek mümkün değildir. Hastaların egzersizlere dönüşleri ile ilgili öneride bulunabilmek için; hasta bazlı yaklaşmak en uygun yöntem olacaktır.
