Çocuklarda Baş ve Boyun Cerrahisi Sonrası Egzersize Dönüş
Özet
Baş boyun kitleleri; çocukluk çağında yaygın görülen bir problem olmakla birlikte konjenital, enfeksiyöz, vasküler, neoplastik kitleler olarak ayrılmaktadır. Çocuklarda sıklıkla konjenital ve enfeksiyöz nedenlerle karşılaşılmaktadır. Baş-boyun cerrahisi sonrası egzersize dönüş sürecinde kitle etiyolojisi, cerrahi teknik ve boyun anatomisi etkili faktörlerdendir. Baş boyun bölgesi için postoperatif egzersizler; hem iyileşme sürecini olumlu etkilemekte hem hayat kalitesini arttırmaktadır.
