Adölesan Dönemde Jinekolojik ve Androlojik Sorunlar
Özet
Adölesan dönemde görülen jinekolojik ve androlojik sorunlar, hızlı hormonal değişimlerin yanı sıra biyolojik ve psikososyal gelişim sürecini etkileyen önemli sağlık konularıdır. Kızlarda en sık menstrüel düzensizlikler, dismenore, puberte bozuklukları ve enfeksiyonlar; erkeklerde ise puberte gelişim bozuklukları, testiküler patolojiler, hormonal bozukluklar ve enfeksiyonlar öne çıkmaktadır. Tanı sürecinde anamnez, fizik muayene, laboratuvar ve görüntüleme yöntemleri ile psikososyal değerlendirme bir arada kullanılmalı; tedavide altta yatan nedene yönelik medikal ve cerrahi yaklaşımların yanı sıra psikososyal destek de sağlanmalıdır. Multidisipliner iş birliği ve koruyucu sağlık hizmetleri, adölesanların sağlıklı erişkin bireyler olarak topluma kazandırılmasında kritik rol oynamaktadır. Bu nedenle sağlık profesyonellerinin adölesan dönemde görülen jinekolojik ve androlojik sorunlara bütüncül bir yaklaşımla müdahale etmeleri, hem bireysel hem de toplumsal sağlık açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.
