Postpartum Osteoporoz: Bilateral Femur ve Tibia Proksimal Stres Kırığı Olan Nadir Bir Olgu
Özet
Osteoporoz, düşük kemik mineral yoğunluğu ve artmış kırık riski ile karakterize edilen kronik bir hastalıktır ve genellikle 50 yaş üstü kadınları etkiler. Menopoz öncesi ve sonrası dönemde görülebilir, ancak gebelikle ilişkili osteoporoz (GİO), premenapozal dönemde görülen nadir bir osteoporoz türüdür. GİO, 1948'de tanımlanmış olup, gebelik ve laktasyon sırasında kemik mineral yoğunluğunda azalma ve hiperprolaktinemi gibi faktörlerle ilişkilidir. Literatürde genellikle vertebral kompresyon veya sakrum kırıkları bildirilmişken, bu vakada benzersiz olarak bilateral femur ve tibia stres kırıkları tespit edilmiştir.
