Anormal Uterin Kanamalı Takayasu Arteriti Tanılı Hastada Uterin Arter Embolizasyonu
Özet
Uterin arter embolizasyonu (UAE), anormal uterin kanaması olan hastalarda cerrahiye alternatif etkili bir tedavi yöntemidir. Takayasu arteriti gibi otoimmün hastalıklar, embolizasyon sonrası komplikasyon riskini artırabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, leiomyom nedeniyle dirençli anormal uterin kanaması olan ve cerrahi kontrendikasyonu bulunan Takayasu arteritli bir hastada başarılı UAE uygulanması anlatılmaktadır. Preoperatif görüntüleme, dikkatli multidisipliner yaklaşım ve uygun perioperatif yönetim ile komplikasyonlar önlenmiş, hastada semptomatik iyileşme sağlanmıştır.
