HPV 16 İlişkili Servikal Kanser: Histerektomi Sonrası Vajinal Rekürrens Gelişen Bir Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Bu olgu sunumunda, HPV 16 pozitifliği nedeniyle histerektomi uygulanan bir hastada, üç yıl sonra vajinal cuff bölgesinde gelişen rekürrens ele alınmaktadır. Cerrahi sınırların temiz olmasına ve düzenli smear testleri yapılmasına rağmen hastalık sessizce ilerlemiş ve ancak klinik semptomla fark edilmiştir. Bu vaka HPV 16'nın agresif doğasını, histerektomi sonrası sürveyansta smear testlerinin sınırlılıklarını ve yüksek riskli hastalar için HPV-DNA ve vajinal sitoloji testlerinin uzun vadeli takip stratejilerine entegre edilmesinin gerekliliğini vurgulamaktadır.
