Fetal Ekstremite Malformasyonu: Talipes Ekinovarus Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Kongenital talipes ekinovarus (CTEV), canlı doğumlarda 1-3/1000 civarında görülen yaygın bir fetal patolojidir. CTEV’nin nedenleri karmaşıktır ve nöromuskuler hastalıklar,kromozomal anormallikler, genetik sendromlar ve çevresel faktörleri içerir. Ultrasonografi patolojinin şiddetini ve morfolojiyi göstermek için faydalıdır. En önemli ayırıcı tanıları; rocker-bottom ayak, ektrodaktili, amniyotik bant sendromudur. Tedavisinde ayak manipülasyonu, seri alçılama, destek olan Ponseti yöntemi en yaygın olanıdır.
