Egzersiz ve Kolorektal Kanser Epidemiyolojisi: 1985-2025 Dönemine Ait Bibliyometrik Bir İnceleme

Özet

Bu bibliyometrik inceleme, egzersiz ve kolorektal kanser (KRK) ilişkisine dair bilimsel üretimi sistematik olarak haritalamak amacıyla 1985–2025 döneminde Web of Science Core Collection’dan elde edilen en alakalı 500 yayını analiz etmiştir. Kayıtların tam metaverileri dışa aktarılmış, R (4.4.2) ve Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny ile yıllara göre üretim eğilimleri, yazar/ülke/kurum üretkenliği, atıf örüntüleri, anahtar kelime eş görünümü ve tematik haritalama yapılmıştır. Yıllık yayın artış hızı %9,3 olup, belgelerin ortalama yaşı 9,14 yıldır. Çalışmaların çoğu özgün makale (n=406) ve derlemedir (n=77). Toplam 3.232 yazar yer almakta, belge başına ortalama yazar sayısı 8,16 ve uluslararası ortak yazarlık oranı %25,4’tür. En çok yayın Supportive Care in Cancer ve Cancer Causes & Control dergilerinde, en çok atıf ABD, Birleşik Krallık ve Çin kaynaklı yayınlarda toplanmıştır. Tematik analiz, iki ana ekseni öne çıkarmaktadır: (i) risk/önleme odaklı epidemiyolojik çalışmalar ve (ii) tedavi sonrası yaşam kalitesi ve müdahale temelli klinik araştırmalar. Bulgular, fiziksel aktivitenin KRK’nin önlenmesi ve sağ kalımı üzerindeki rolüne ilişkin kanıt birikiminin güçlü olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, egzersizin türü, dozu ve zamanlamasına ilişkin metodolojik standartların yetersizliği ve düşük-orta gelirli ülkelerin sınırlı temsili önemli boşluklardır. Gelecek çalışmaların çok disiplinli tasarlanması, rastgele kontrollü denemelerin artırılması ve standart raporlama ile kanıtların klinik ve halk sağlığı kılavuzlarına daha güçlü entegrasyonu önerilmektedir.
