Prefabrication And Prefabricated Structures In Scientific Literature: Scientometric Investigation With Vosviewer
Özet
Bu bölüm, moleküler epidemiyolojide yapay zekanın gelişimini ve bilimsel araştırmalardaki yerini bibliyometrik bir bakış açısıyla ele almaktadır. Moleküler epidemiyoloji, hastalıkların nedenlerini ve dağılımını genetik, biyolojik ve çevresel faktörler bağlamında değerlendiren bir alandır. Son yıllarda omik verilerin (genomik ve proteomik gibi) artmasıyla birlikte, bu verilerin analizinde klasik istatistiksel yaklaşımlar yetersiz kalmış; bunun sonucunda yapay zeka ve makine öğrenmesi temelli yöntemlerin kullanımı hızla yaygınlaşmıştır. 1981–2025 yılları arasında yayımlanan yayınların bibliyometrik analizine göre yapay zekanın moleküler epidemiyoloji alanında kullanımının arttığı, özellikle 2000’li yıllardan itibaren yayın sayılarında belirgin bir artış yaşandığını görülmektedir. ABD ve Çin bu alanda en fazla üretkenliğe sahip ülkeler olup, yapılan araştırmalar genetik epidemiyoloji, enfeksiyon hastalıkları ve mikrobiyoloji özelinde yoğunlaşmaktadır. Yapay zeka destekli yöntemlerin, büyük veri ve omik teknolojilerle birleşerek hastalıkların erken tanısı, risk değerlendirmesi ve salgın takibi gibi alanlarda önemli katkılar sağladığı vurgulanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, yapay zekanın moleküler epidemiyolojiye entegrasyonu; hastalıkların nedenlerinin daha derinlemesine anlaşılmasını, kişiselleştirilmiş tıp uygulamalarının gelişmesini ve halk sağlığı stratejilerinin güçlenmesini sağlayarak gelecekteki bilimsel yönelimin temel belirleyicilerinden biri olacağı öngörülmektedir.
