Doğal Orifislerden Yabancı Cisim Çıkarma: Burun, Kulak, Özefagus, Vajina, Anüs ve Rektum
Özet
Yabancı cisimler, her yaş grubunda sık karşılaşılan acil başvuru sebeplerindendir. Hızlı ve doğru müdahale komplikasyonların önlenmesi açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu bölümde sırasıyla burun, kulak, özefagus, vajina, anüs ve rektuma yerleşen yabancı cisimlerin epidemiyolojisi, klinik semptomları, tanı ve çıkarma teknikleri güncel şekilde anlatılacaktır. Bölüm klinisyenlere pratik öneriler sunarak tanı, görüntüleme ve çıkarma tekniklerini bütüncül bir şekilde ele özetlemektedir. Bu sayede acil servislerde doğal orifislerde yabancı cisim yönetiminde komplikasyonların azaltılması ve hasta güvenliğinin artırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
