Korneadan Yabancı Cisim Çıkarma
Özet
Gözle ilgili acil durumların başında gelen oküler yaralanmaların önemli bir bölümünü, ağrılı seyreden korneal yabancı cisimleri(yc) oluşturur. Bu tür olgularda; konjonktival hiperemi, lakrimasyon, fotofobi, görme azalması ve yabancı cisim hissi gibi klinik belirtiler sıklıkla gözlenir. Travma öyküsü bulunan bireylerde bu semptomlar, korneal yc varlığı açısından uyarıcı olmalıdır. Doğru tanıya ulaşmak için risk faktörlerinin dikkatle sorgulanması ve biyomikroskopi ile yapılan kapsamlı göz muayenesi gereklidir.
