Travmada Yara Bakımı: Sütür İlkeleri
Özet
Travmatik yaraların yönetiminde sütür uygulaması, yara iyileşmesini desteklemenin ve enfeksiyon riskini azaltmanın temel adımlarındandır. Sütürleme kararı, yaranın tipi, kontaminasyon durumu, anatomik lokalizasyonu ve hastanın genel durumu göz önünde bulundurularak verilmelidir. Temiz ve düzgün kenarlı yaralarda primer kapama tercih edilirken; kontamine veya enfekte yaralarda gecikmeli primer ya da sekonder kapama gerekebilir. Sütürleme sırasında gerilimsiz kapanma, katmanlara uygun teknikle kapatma ve minimal doku travması ilkeleri esas alınmalıdır. Ayrıca uygun sütür materyali (emilebilir/emilmeyen, monofilaman/örme) ve teknik (basit, devamlı, subkütiküler vb.) seçimi hem kozmetik sonuçları hem de komplikasyon oranlarını doğrudan etkiler.
