Tam Kan Sayımı ve Periferik Yayma Yorumlama
Özet
Tam kan sayımı (TKS) ve periferik yayma, hematolojik hastalıkların tanısında en temel ve hızlı bilgi sağlayan laboratuvar yöntemlerindendir. Acil serviste başvuran hastalarda hematolojik parametrelerin doğru yorumlanması, yaşamı tehdit eden durumların erken saptanması ve uygun tedavi kararlarının verilmesi açısından kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu bölümde, eritrosit, lökosit ve trombosit serilerine ilişkin kantitatif ve kalitatif değişiklikler sistematik olarak ele alınmış; periferik yaymanın morfolojik bulgularla desteklenen tanısal katkısı vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca, onkolojik hastalarda TKS'nin klinik kullanımı, febril nötropeni yönetimi ve acil yaklaşım algoritmaları kapsamlı şekilde özetlenmiştir. TKS bulgularının periferik yayma ile birlikte değerlendirilmesi, hematolojik bozuklukların ayırıcı tanısında vazgeçilmezdir.
