Acil Serviste Manyetik Rezonans Görüntülerini Yorumlama ve Kullanım İlkeleri
Özet
Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme (MRG), vücuttaki organ ve dokular hakkında ayrıntılı görüntüler elde etmek için manyetik alanlar ve radyo dalgalarını kullanan bir tanı yöntemidir. Ancak acil durumlarda kullanılabilirliği belirli faktörlere bağlıdır. MR cihazları birçok hastalıkta teşhise katkı sağlayabilmekle birlikte, genellikle acil durumlarda ilk tercih edilen görüntüleme yöntemi değildir. Çoğu acil serviste, hızlı uygulanabildikleri ve kısa sürede sonuç verdikleri için BT taramaları veya röntgenler daha yaygın olarak kullanılır. Kırıklar, kanama ya da bazı travma vakalarında BT taramaları genellikle daha hızlı bilgi sunar. Bununla birlikte, bazı nörolojik bulgular bulunması gibi özel durumlarda MRI gerekli olabilir. Örneğin, açıklanamayan baş ağrıları, nöbetler veya inme belirtileri görülen hastalarda, beyin tümörü ya da diğer anomalileri dışlamak için MRI istenebilir. Bu karar, olgunun aciliyetine ve sağlık kuruluşunun protokollerine göre alınır. Her acil serviste MRG cihazı yer almaz. Bazı hastanelerde bu hizmet mevcutken, bazılarında hastaların başka merkezlere yönlendirilmesi gerekebilir. Bu durum, müdahale süresini uzatabilir. Ayrıca, MRG 'nin kullanılabilirliği günün saatine, acil servisin hasta yoğunluğuna ve personel sayısına göre de değişiklik gösterebilir.
