Gelişim Kuramları
Özet
Gelişim Kuramları bölümünde gelişim psikolojisinin doğuşundan günümüze kadar olan evrimi, başlangıç çalışmaları ve gelişim kuramları çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır Bu kuramlara öncülük eden çalışmalar gözden geçirilerek gelişim psikolojisinin nasıl doğduğu tartışılmıştır. Yirminci yüzyılda ortaya çıkan ve çığır açan psikanalitik, bilişsel, sosyo-duygusal ve öğrenme kuramları incelenmiştir. Her bir kuramın önce altyapısını oluşturan faktörlere, kuramcının hem yaşadığı ortamdan hem de kendisinden önceki çalışmalardan nasıl etkilendiğine ve zamanın ruhuna dikkat çekilmiş olup sonra kuram açıklanmıştır. Her bir kuramcının gelişim psikolojisine olan katkıları, ileri sürdüğü yeni düşünce ve kullandığı yeni yöntemler önemle vurgulanmıştır.
