Toplayıcı Kanal Tümörleri
Özet
Toplayıcı kanal karsinomu (CDC), böbreğin medulla bölgesinden köken alan nadir ve agresif bir tümördür. Bellini kanallarından geliştiği düşünülür ve diğer RCC tiplerinden genetik olarak farklıdır. Çoğu olgu ileri evrede, metastatik olarak saptanır. Tanı ve tedavide cerrahi esastır; sistemik tedaviye yanıt sınırlıdır. Prognozu kötüdür, ortalama sağkalım 2 yıl civarındadır.
