El Hijyeninde Davranışsal Değişim: Nöro Linguistik Programlama (Nlp) Temelli Bir Eğitim Programı

Özet

El hijyeni, sağlık hizmeti ile ilişkili enfeksiyonların önlenmesinde en basit, en etkili ve maliyet-etkin uygulamalardan biridir. Buna rağmen hem ulusal hem de uluslararası çalışmalar, el hijyeni uyum oranlarının özellikle aseptik işlemler öncesinde kritik düzeyde düşük olduğunu göstermektedir. Uyum sorunlarının yalnızca bilgi eksikliğinden değil; iş yükü, altyapı yetersizlikleri, örgütsel kültür, olumsuz tutumlar ve alışkanlık gibi çok boyutlu etkenlerden kaynaklandığı bilinmektedir. Bu nedenle, davranış değişikliği odaklı, çok bileşenli ve sürdürülebilir eğitim programlarının geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Nöro-Linguistik Programlama (NLP) teknikleri, bireylerin inanç ve tutumlarını yeniden yapılandırarak olumlu davranışların içselleştirilmesini destekleyen, sağlık eğitiminde uygulanabilir bir yaklaşımdır. El hijyeni eğitimlerinde NLP tekniklerinin entegrasyonu hem bilgi ve beceri kazanımını hem de kalıcı davranış değişikliğini teşvik edebilir. Literatür, eğitim, görsel hatırlatıcılar, geri bildirim, liderlik desteği ve erişilebilir altyapı gibi unsurların birlikte kullanıldığı programların uyum oranlarını artırdığını; NLP’nin ise bu çerçevede motivasyon, öz-yeterlik ve alışkanlık dönüşümünü güçlendiren tamamlayıcı bir yöntem olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
