Disiplinlerarası Yaklaşımlarla Sağlıkta Dijitalleşme: İnovasyon Ekosistemi ve Gelecek Profilleri

Özet

Bu bölüm, sağlıkta dijitalleşmenin disiplinlerarası inovasyon ekosistemi bağlamında ele alınmasını amaçlamaktadır. Dijital sağlık, yapay zekâ destekli klinik karar sistemleri, giyilebilir teknolojiler, büyük veri analitiği, tele-sağlık ve artırılmış/sanal gerçeklik gibi geniş bir teknoloji yelpazesini kapsamakta; bu teknolojilerin güvenli, sürdürülebilir ve etik biçimde uygulanabilmesi çok disiplinli bir yaklaşımı zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bölümde öncelikle dijital sağlık ve inovasyonun kavramsal çerçevesi çizilmiş; kamu–üniversite–sanayi–STK iş birliği, standartlar ve regülasyonlar (GDPR/KVKK, AB AI Act), denetim izi ve politika uyumu gibi kritik yönetişim boyutları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca geleceğin hibrit sağlık meslek profilleri, stratejik yetkinlik haritalarıyla birlikte sunularak eğitim ve kurumsal kapasite geliştirme gereksinimleri tartışılmıştır. Finansman, TRL aşamaları ve ölçekleme stratejileri; toplumsal etki, algoritmik adalet, dijital uçurum ve şeffaflık konuları ile birlikte ele alınarak sürdürülebilir dijital sağlık politikaları için yol haritası önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Bölüm, Ege Üniversitesi’nde COVID-19 döneminde yürütülen “Tip 1 Diyabetli Çocuklar için Tele-tıp Takibi” gerçek vaka incelemesiyle uygulama boyutunu da somutlaştırmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, dijital sağlık dönüşümünün yalnızca teknolojik yenilik değil, aynı zamanda etik yönetişim, toplumsal katılım ve disiplinlerarası iş birliği ile desteklenen bütüncül bir paradigma değişimi olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.
